Author’s supervision
*Does not constitute technical control. What do we do?
- Site visits up to 4 times a month (less frequently or more often if necessary).
- Monitoring the execution of works according to the project. From sockets to tiles (they might place it incorrectly or in the wrong place when visually it looks similar).
- Chat with the construction foreman, tiler, plasterer, and other participants in the implementation.
- Resolving current issues, adjusting drawings if necessary.
- Placing decorative elements in the interior.
What are the convenience and advantages?
How much does it cost?
Control with site visits and work in chats is paid monthly.
- Within the Stockholm region — 400 € per mounth
- Outside the Stockholm region— upon agreement
Translation: Why control if everything is in the project?
Yes, everything is in the project, but:
- After demolition/installation, dimensions may change, requiring changes to tile layouts/moldings/door alignment/height adjustments, etc.
- When replacing items that are no longer available, new questions arise for the builders.
- Timely pointing out discrepancies between the project and ongoing work.
- Adjusting details and junctions when making changes (often changes in one place lead to a series of changes in completely different sections of the project/construction). All of this helps avoid costly additional work for builders.
What is NOT included in the author's control
- Quality control of finishing works (there is an independent technical supervision for this).
- Selection of finishing materials, lighting, furniture, etc. These tasks are performed within the framework of procurement
